About Us

Lynx Syndicates has been in the making since 06/04/2019 but as a consequence of the pandemic and other global factors, this had a huge and negative impact in all connected matters for its development. However, its leadership never lost faith in its ability, it has indeed been a significant financial setback but not enough to deter the entrepreneurial spirit from fighting on. It is at devastating times like this when the entrepreneurial spirit digs even deeper and finds the inner strength and determination to take the bull by the horns and keep pushing everybody forward.

Our mission is very simple, and it is to provide Bespoke Affordable Social Housing to as many hard-working families that we, as a community can achieve together in the fairest and most justifiable manner. Unlike any social housing landlords currently out there, our goal is to create family dignity by providing a better housing solution that is fit for purpose and conducive to the public good. We shall never start a housing process until there is £1M in the pot to commence a housing process with for each family.

Our Commitment

As soon as we have achieved the starting amount of £1M, we will then tirelessly work with a family who would be on our list to achieve the home of their dreams (we will be working down the list and much of the list will be prioritised accordingly). As part of the Lynx Syndicates standard, the following attributes will become the standard (this list is not everything but it will help everyone to have a better understanding of the kind of program it will transpire to be):

1) Property will be chosen by the family off the open market (perhaps visits to local estate agents would be required)

2) Property will be purchased outright by the company

3) Property will be taken to its maximum potential prior to handing the keys over to the family

4) Rear extension under Permitted Development rights (wet room built for families who have a disabled family member because it is something that would be needed to make life easier for them)

5) Loft conversion to be used as a habitable area for any purpose, i.e. spare bedroom, office, playroom etc.

6) Total rewire and replumbing

7) Landscaped front/Rear gardens

8) Fully decorated to the family’s choice of colour

9) Resin Bound pathways and drive (Aggregate blend chosen by the family)

10) Family will be asked to visit Magnet Kitchens to choose their kitchen and kitchen designer will call out to design the kitchen (Cooker, Oven, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Microwave will formulate the completed kitchen (all chosen by the family from a local retailer such as currys).

11) Family will be asked to select their floor to ceiling bedroom cupboards

12) Box sized rooms will be removed and re-planned to create a greater sense of living space within adjoining bedroom

13) Where possible en-suite/s will be installed

14) Family will choose bathroom, shower, basin, w.c. taps etc from a reputable supply chain who will already be partnered with the program

15) Family will choose their carpets and flooring from Charnwood Flooring

16) Once the entire property is completed, the keys will be handed over to the family so they may start to lead a dignified way of life

17) Each property is guaranteed to be made affordable!

Our Story

Nothing can compare to us because we do not and will not operate in a uniformed manner. The way we see it is that, every family is different, every family have their own unique sets of circumstances and it is with these considerations for each family that we shall shape and mould a property of a family’s sensible choice into the home that they wish to lead a dignified life in. Life is dynamic and not static and this is why we shall remain dynamic and take a holistic approach to address a commonality amongst all families.

The entire system is a very complex business model for it involves many multifaceted parts being implemented from multidimensional points of consideration to ensure that the homes we provide through the efforts of the community will hold regard for exceptional levels of quality that will leave the family in awe. For example, the family will be working with us in the design. What we will not do is force anything upon any family, we shall work with them and for them to achieve the standard that the Syndicates aspire to with every property acquired by them. It is important for us as a company to ensure that the family’s mental well being is optimised throughout the journey we shall be travelling on with them. Lynx Syndicates will be known as TIME-BINDERS, which is the highest class of life.

The system is currently in its embryonic stages and it will be vigorously tested to ensure its robustness. Once Lynx Syndicates has approximately 10/15 properties and good, honest, hard-working families living in them on their system, the entire system will be handed over to local faith leaders within the community who will be known to the system as “The Elders”. The Elders will be God Fearing people who will be in control of the Trust. Their role shall be to vet families so as to their fitness for being fortunate to becoming part of the Lynx Syndicates family. Our aim will be to have one faith leader from each faith as a board member of the Private Trust so that each faith can select a family that is fit and proper join our family, this will be done in rotation to maintain fairness.

The best way to get involved with the program at this early stage is to make an appointment to speak to Qamar Hussain who is based at Charnwood Flooring so that a full detailed account of the program is given. If the people want the best, then the only way to do that is to engage with a solution that ultimately is the very best. There is so much more on this subject matter that in the fullness of time shall evince. We now need everybody to trust the brand. They are not linked to any political party or government agency, they are a completely private enterprise.

Qamar Hussain

The key members of the program are myself: Qamar Hussain and the business interests I hold, i.e. Charnwood Flooring which shall also become part of the process for families at the relevant point in time. Providing high quality social housing is second nature due to my own experience within the construction industry; additionally, there is a whole team of software engineers and graphic designers who will manage the electronic output and presentation of the company.

At the moment, we are only partnered with Charnwood Flooring who will operate as a profitable loss leader within the grand scheme of things because without Charnwood Flooring, there could not subsist a Lynx Syndicates. It is Charnwood Flooring that has sacrificed its profits over the years to deliver for the people a system so unique, so beautiful and so meaningful that it can only be appreciated whilst it is seen in working activity. Charnwood Flooring will play the kind of role that only seeing would be believing. Only time, dedication, honesty and everybody’s understanding will demonstrate the true measure that Charnwood Flooring brings to the table for the people. Charnwood flooring, through its profits will also be returning the £20.00 donations at selected periods of time by way of doubling the amount to the supporter but this is only feasible through healthy retail profits.

It should be made clear to all donors that, the return of donations is not a contractual obligation on part of Lynx Syndicates or Charnwood Flooring, it can only be seen as a thank you for your participation and generosity for helping families around the country who are in desperate need of proper affordable Social Housing done to a standard the way the people want them done.
